Special Payment Arrangement

For employees working on a time limited contract the Danish tax authorities offer a special arrangement for paying 1% of the registration tax on a monthly basis. The fee to the state for this arrangement is 0,5% per month. The registration tax and the fee is charged quarterly. You only pay the registration tax as long as you are in the country.
