Work/Residence Permit
Through our experience we know the short cuts and ways of getting the procedure to run smoothly. In worst cases you must be prepared that the process of applying for visa can take up to 12 weeks.
Personal Identification/CPR-Number
In Denmark all residents have a CPR-number.The number is a combination of your birthday and a unique 4 digit code after (dd/mm/yy-xxxx) For women the code ends with an even number, for men an odd number. The number is used e.g. when opening a bank account, insurance issues, for credit approvals (e.g. at the video hire shop), getting a bank account and not least for tax reasons.
National Health Care
Denmark is known for it National Health Programme. We inform you on coverage and how the system works. The National Health Programme is not to be compared to a private programme paid by the state.
Private Health Care
Private Health Care is growing in Denmark. Some Companies choose to insure their foreign employees as they are use to standards different to the Danish system. We outline the options and facilities in Denmark.
