Official taking over of your new home

Before moving into the new home it is customary to have an official handing over from landlord/owner to tenant/new owner.

As a new tenant in a new country you do not want to fall out with your new landlord, and you may not have knowledge of your rights and what is important and what is not.

We offer to take care of the handing over with or without your presence. This way you are secured that the home is in a condition that is in accordance with the contract and normal Danish practice.
